Upper echelon coaches like Billy Donovan earn millions per year ascollegecoaches.

Not bad for coaching about 30-40 gms per year. The NBA is very demanding, scouting, drafting, preseason, 82 gm regular season, playoffs, not to mention supersized player egos.

If you could get millions doing a job with just a fraction of the stress I don't know why you wouldn't.

Ge's pretty set anyway. He was a working on a 7 year deal that would've payed over $3 mil a year when he took the Magic job. I'm sure he'll still get that contract since he changed his mind about the NBA.

Players should be able to be drafted out of High School and have the option of going to a minor league orcollegeIF THEY WANT THE EDUCATION.

Currently allcollegesports use their players and screw them over by not giving most a professional career or education. Oh and they don't get paid by these colleges for making them MILLIONS.
Billy himself was making 3.5 mil in Florida I believe... he loved the Florida job and didn't want to give it up unless there was something "special"... well apparently the Magic job was only special for a couple days.
